Oven Roasted Garlic Confit


fresh, peeled  garlic cloves

fresh herbs

olive oil

1. Combine garlic cloves and olive oil in an oven-safe dish.

Pour oil over the top so the garlic is completely submerged.

2. Season

Season with kosher salt and freshly cracked black pepper. Nestle in a few sprigs of fresh herbs.

3. Bake uncovered

Bake until the garlic cloves are golden brown and very soft.
