Creamy Peanut Sauce Noodles




toasted sesame oil

low-sodium tamari

rice vinegar

maple syrup

peanut butter

fresh vegetables


1. Cook the pasta

Cook your pasta of choice (spaghetti, ramen, udon, soba, or rice noodles) according to package directions

2. Make the peanut sauce

Add all the sauce ingredients to a large bowl and whisk until smooth. Taste and add more acid, heat, or sweetener as needed.

3. Mix & serve

Toss the noodles, vegetables, additional cooked protein, and peanut sauce together. Garnish with toasted sesame seeds, crushed peanuts, etc.
