  • Blend the spinach and blending liquid of choice until smooth.
  • Add in the kiwi, mango, and yogurt. Blend until completely smooth, taste, and adjust the sweetness by adding in the honey if needed.

Notes

yogurt – if using vanilla yogurt, omit the honey so your smoothie isn't overly sweet.
honey – you may need more or less depending on the sweetness of your ingredients.

Make It Your Way: Substitutions & Variations

No frozen mango? - you can also use fresh fruit. Fresh ripe mango would be delicious if it's in season. If not, use frozen or fresh pineapple or any other tropical fruits.
No dairy-free yogurt? - sub half of a frozen banana or avocado for a similar creamy texture.
Make it vegan - sub maple syrup for the honey.
Add-ins - ice cubes if using fresh mango, a spoonful of nut butter, protein powder, chia seeds, flax seed, etc., or top with granola.

Variations

Make a smoothie bowl - use less liquid than you would for a kiwi mango smoothie.
Banana mango kiwi smoothie - add fresh or frozen banana to naturally sweeten it up and give it an even creamier texture.
