Poppy Seed Dressing Recipe

A jar of homemade poppy seed dressing for salads and beyond.
A healthy poppy seed dressing recipe with a tangy-sweet flavor. This homemade vinaigrette is way better than store-bought and so easy to make, too!

Ingredients
 

  • cup avocado oil or olive oil
  • cup apple cider vinegar
  • 2 tablespoons lemon juice
  • 2 ½ tablespoons maple syrup or granulated sugar
  • ½ teaspoon Dijon mustard
  • 2 teaspoons onion powder
  • ½ teaspoon kosher salt to taste
  • 1 tablespoon poppy seeds

Instructions

  • Add all the ingredients except for the poppy seeds to the base of your blender. Blend on medium-high until well emulsified.
  • Add in the poppy seeds and pulse a few times until they're incorporated throughout the dressing.
  • Store in a tightly sealed jar in the fridge for up to 2 weeks.
