Poppyseed Dressing Recipe
A healthy poppyseed dressing recipe with a tangy-sweet flavor and simple ingredients. This homemade vinaigrette will have a spot in your regular rotation that's good for many things beyond salad!

- ⅔ cup avocado oil (or other neutral tasting oil)
- ⅓ cup apple cider vinegar
- 2 tbsp lemon juice
- 2½ tbsp maple syrup
- ½ tsp dijon mustard
- 2 tsp onion powder
- ½ tsp salt
- 3 tsp poppy seeds
Add all the ingredients except for the poppy seeds to the base of your blender.
Blend on medium-high until well combined.
Now add in the poppy seeds and pulse a few times until they're incorporated throughout the dressing.
Store in a tightly sealed jar in the fridge.
- 1. Alternatively, you can also make this dressing in a glass jar with a tightly sealed lid (mason jars work great for this) and a little muscle.
- Instead of maple syrup, you can also use raw honey.
- Use within 7-14 days.
