A healthy poppy seed dressing recipe with a tangy-sweet flavor. This homemade vinaigrette is way better than store-bought and so easy to make, too!

Ingredients
⅔
cup
avocado oil
or olive oil
⅓
cup
apple cider vinegar

tablespoons
lemon juice
2 ½
tablespoons
maple syrup
or granulated sugar
½
teaspoon
Dijon mustard
2
teaspoons
onion powder
½
teaspoon
kosher salt
to taste

tablespoon
poppy seeds
Instructions
Add all the ingredients except for the poppy seeds to the base of your blender. Blend on medium-high until well emulsified.
Add in the poppy seeds and pulse a few times until they're incorporated throughout the dressing.
Store in a tightly sealed jar in the fridge for up to 2 weeks.
